2025 Autumn Seasonal Menu(Preliminary version)
THE RAIL KITCHEN CHIKUGO is planning to operate with a autumn menu from Thursday, September 4.
We hope you will enjoy this train’s elaborate course meals prepared by three culinary supervisors, using ingredients from Fukuoka, Chikugo, and other areas of Kyushu.
We look forward to serving you with refreshing dishes perfect for autumn.
The autumn menu is scheduled to end on Sunday, November 30, and the winter menu will be available from Thursday, December 4.

- A Salad of Pear, Scallops, and Okra dressed with Grain Mustard and White Wine Vinegar
- Yazu and Nagaimo topped with Garlic Puree
- Tartarred salmon, tomato bavaroise, and topped with semi-dried tomatoes
- Fried Taro with Salted Tuna Offal
- Anago Escabeche and marinated Hakata “Sugitake” Mushrooms tossed with Balsamic Semifreddo
