THE RAIL KITCHEN CHIKUGOの2025年年末から2026年年始にかけての、運休期間ならびにTHE RAIL KITCHEN CHIKUGO予約センターの休業期間についてご案内いたします。

【THE RAIL KITCHEN CHIKUGOの運休期間】
2025年12月29日（月）から2026年1月7日（水）まで

【THE RAIL KITCHEN CHIKUGO予約センターの休業期間】
2025年12月26日（金）17時30分から2026年1月4日（日）まで
※1月5日（月）からは通常通り、11時より営業いたします。

※予約センター休業期間中にメールにてキャンセルのご連絡をされた方につきましては、ご連絡いただいた日をキャンセル日（取消日）として取消料率を適用いたします。

なお、12月27日以降、緊急のご連絡を要する場合、西鉄お客さまセンター（050-3616-2150）へご連絡をお願いいたします。

また、2026年3月1日(日)～13日(金)分の予約については、2026年1月5日（月）11時以降の販売開始となります。あらかじめご了承ください。

【THE RAIL KITCHEN CHIKUGO Reservation Center Closure Period】
From 5:30 PM on Friday, December 26, 2025 to Sunday, January 4, 2026
*Regular operations will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026, starting at 11:00 AM.

*For cancellations notified via email during the reservation center closure period, the cancellation fee rate will be applied based on the date your email was received as the cancellation date.

For urgent inquiries after December 27, please contact the Nishitetsu Customer Center (050-3616-2150).

Also, please note that reservations for the period from Sunday, March 1, 2026, to Friday, March 13, 2026, will go on sale starting Monday, January 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
