We offer elaborately prepared dishes centered
on ingredients from Chikugo,
 plus seasonal ingredients from all over Kyushu.

Like a letter, the meal conveys people’s thoughts.

Chikugo has wonderful local resources,
including agricultural,
forestry, and fishery products,
as well as traditional crafts. Many of these
local resources are integrated into the meal’s
ingredients as well as the train’s interior.
