Ryotaro Hata
Born in 1974 in Tokyo.
Chef at “Cernia” in Tanushimaru, Kurume City.
- In 1994, started his Italian culinary career at “BICE” in Hotel ChinzansoTokyo.
- In 2011, moved to Fukuoka as a chef at “Aroma fresca Hakata”.
- In 2013, founded “Cernia” in Fukuoka City, where they began growing their own vegetables shortly after opening.
- In April 2022, relocated to Tanushimaru due to a desire to have a restaurant near their farm.
