2025 Summer Seasonal Menu(Preliminary version)

THE RAIL KITCHEN CHIKUGO is planning to operate with a summer menu from Thursday, June 5.
We hope you will enjoy this train’s elaborate course meals prepared by three culinary supervisors, using ingredients from Fukuoka, Chikugo, and other areas of Kyushu.
We look forward to serving you with refreshing dishes perfect for summer.
The summer menu is scheduled to end on Sunday, August 31, and the fall menu will be available from Thursday, September 4.
